RIMM

Rambus in line memory module. IT contains RDRAM. Old Computers use it.

DIMM

New computers have it. Dual in-line memory module. 64-bit fast data width fast than RIMM and SIMM. They use SDRAM(168 pins), DRR(184 pins) and DDR2/DDR3 (240 pins)

SO-DIMM

Small outline in-line memory module. For mobile/laptops.
